Help ID this herb

    Adam when the seeds are well dried, the taste is much improved. They don’t taste like stink bugs. So saying this, I do like to eat the plant and I often just broadcast the seeds randomly in my gardens.

    I do like the taste of Cilantro and munch a few leaves each day. I also have Lemon Basil for the first time and it too tastes quite nice.
    This year's Cilantro is all volunteer from last year.

    You could try it with a squirt of lime juice.

    It is used in Mexican cooking.

    @adam.ca & @carolyn I guess everybody's taste buds are different! The seeds are an herb called coriander (I am sure you know this Carolyn) but to my taste buds, they don't taste like cliantro at all!!!

    C, the dried seeds do not taste like cilantro but the seeds while green still do.

    Perhaps why the seeds have a different name?
