Many fruits have a viscous liquid and the seeds are hard to get out. I simply get a paper kitchen towel, I break or cut the fruit open ans expose the seeds. Then simply paint the fruit with seeds onto the kitchen towel. You should see the seeds on the towel. Once the seeds have dried, I fold the the paper up and write the name of the seeds on the paper. It doesnt matter if there is a bit of paper attached to the seeds when you plant.
