    Carolyn--I am slow on the uptake. Or maybe it is a regional thing. What does "yep, moe!" mean?

    DON'T put moth flakes or moth balls in the veggie garden The highly toxic chemicals will leech into the soil and veggie plants that you eat.

    Most European countries, Australia and I believe New Zealand have banned the sale and use of them.

    That's right. I use to sparingly on the edges of all my gardens and then on the whole perimeter of my property.

    I thought so. I know folk are not encouraged to breathe in the vapors. BTW I did find moth crystals (not flakes) in Walmart next to the ironing boards. I searched high & low in that store. Wouldn't you think they'd be placed with the ant killers, rodent killers, etc? I was told to look in furniture. Yes, furniture. I guess ironing boards are thought to be furniture!

    That's funny. No one knows what it is anymore. Moth crystals should work.
