Can anyone help me identify this one? It's about 14 inches tall, has only grown about 4 inches in five years, very distinctive green leaves with beautiful yellow spots or streaks, prefers indoors to the hot Arizona sun. The stem is very rough and nubby and new leaves sometimes emerge from those nubs. Thanks so much for your help!

Thanks so much, Toni -- I think you're right!

Theodoros, your advice is good too. The soil this plant is in is as old as...dirt.
