I babysat for the kids across the street when I was a teenager. One day, just after I had got my braces put on, one of the little boys started crying and hid from me. I ended up being nicknamed Scary Cary which my family thought was hilarious (and I found depressing).

Now "scary Cary" is how I introduce myself to my nephew and niece!

I was born with a pretty french canadian name: Christine Desrosiers and I always liked it. Then I married a guy with a German name: Naugle (rhymes with Bogle) and now another German: Gasser

My husband's name is Rich and some people down here burst out laughing at 'rich gasser', because a gasser is also a hotrod... he doesn't get it!

-so, I am trying to be a good little gasser, so: CrisGzr... I should have chosen desRose but I wasn't thinking LOL

I went to college 'above Cayuga's waters' & loved my college years. My husband also went to the same school, although we did not meet until after we'd both graduated.

I chose my username from the area which I live. We live in the Cariboo region of BC. We also live in a Valley, and my website reflects this. So I chose CaribooValley!

I choose mine because I'm a lady, and I live in the Northern-ish part of the U.S.A.

One I've used before on online forums. Tom Robbins is a favorite author of mine, Sissy Hankshaw is from the first book by him I read, "Even cowgirls get the blues".

Mine is the one I use all over the place :-D Kia was one of my dogs for 10 years.Sadly we had to say good-bye to her at the age of 14 and a half just a few months ago.We don't have children just a fur-family and I am a 'Mum' to them-hence my name.I could also be called Buddysmum or Nylasmum, but Kia is the one I will stick with as she isn't far from my thoughts. Buddy and Nyla,on the other hand are both sat within fussing distance.

My name is Shelley, I just sort of pickup random letters to form a "DN". :D Anyway, I couldn't think much of a unique username because I'm not good at creating it.

I just added a "z" to the end of my name. I wanted to use UhOhXplode but mostly I only use that at music and skateboard forums, lol.

I started using this one in a couple of forums I belong to. It is half of my first name and the first two letters of my last name. I was just tired of seeing "sorry this name is alredy in use" so now I just stick with this.
