I do not have a recent blog, so my blog does not show up when I click on blogs. So how do a tell a friend how to find it?

Hi Cayuga on your profile page you will also see a link saying 'Visit Cayuga Morning's BLOG' on the right hand side. This also points to the link that Toni posted above
Also, tell your friends that they can subscribe to your blog and receive email notices when you have made a new entry. That way they don't have to keep track of the link and will get to read you blog more often.
