I am keeping my fingers crossed...the rest of mine are doing fine and I try to soak them good at least once a week and then spritz them a little if needed...they look better than they did so I must be doing something right. :-D

purpleinopp...that is so neat...we used to be campers and I loved it so the camper is really special to me when I see them. It was so relaxing. Enjoy your new items...

Not sure what the problem is but the ones with the long ends are not doing well....I just moved them to a different container that is more open. Hopefully this will help them.

My flower never did open, BTW, that I saw anyway. I tried to remember to look at it every day, but it's back in the laundry room. I don't know how many days or what time of day a Tillandsia flower might be open, but if mine did that, I missed it.

I love it! It is so colorful and great...I love the sedums, they add so much interest. Everything is so nice, you did a great job. I see the gazing ball, gardening tools, a car, birdhouses, etc. Whats for lunch?:like:

I had moved my tillandsias to a different container but my computer won't let me do pictures until I get the geek squad to come and fix it....

Good luck getting that fixed as soon as possible!

TY! I made the burgers & donuts, the heart-cake thing is something I've had hanging around forever. Prob from a tiny shelf of country decorations in the 80's. I took closer pics of diff parts but they are too big to upload.

TY, Cheryl & 2ofus! This is pretty big, but nothing wrong with starting something smaller! 2013-05-12 002.JPG

Adding & tweaking stuff over the weekend. DH made the little church building. Stole Barbie's grill, the burgers are made of Crayola clay.

I made a "stained glass" window for it from Shrinky Dinks.

Made birdbath, tiny bricks & mushrooms from clay also.

The scale of stuff doesn't match, but I'm not letting that stop me from playing with it. Maybe I'll make another garden, put the bigger stuff in one, the smaller stuff in the other...
