I planted these 2 small plants 2 weeks ago. The potting mix has compost and, blood and bone fertilizer when I prepared it. Can I add more blood and bone fertilizer or all purpose fertilizer?

Like @carolyn says, Melons are heavy feeders and they drink a lot of water. Your container is probably too small to support many Melons.

Got it...I will use bigger pot size in next planting.
What kind of "food" I can feed the melon plants?

I use an 888 commercial fertilizer ! Can even use up to triple 17 but have to use less of it ! 888 is your best bet ! They need good watering during the growth season but less about a month before you pick them ! That allows the sugars to concentrate !

I noticed the big brother have full of wrinkles now. It has size of 13cm, a month old, wrapped in a women stockings for hanging.
    Will it restrict its growth?

Please see attached photos if I hang the cantaloupe correctly?
I noticed these 2 have not been growing in last 2 weeks.
One is about 5 weeks old and the other about 4 weeks.
