Yea, Droopy has spring. Beautiful blooms too. I can't find my Leucojum vernum...wonder where it is this spring?
I believe I do have that type of 'helper' Last year I found Lily bulbs in all sorts of places and I know I didn't put them there.
Wow those look great Yeah I love Spring, every winter I totally forget how life is like without the bad gloomy weather. It is really amazing how green everything gets immediately, especially after a huge flood-like storm. That is one thing I do not understand, they say not to water your plants too much, but when a storm comes with tons of rain for days and everything is under water, when it all dries the plants explode with color.
Oh how exciting to see all of these delights! YOu have all kinds of interesting blooms. I know you're happy too. Gosh, that first iris is awesome.
Thanks. Db, that first iris is really tiny, but she's the most welcome sight in our garden every spring. We think she's a very special lady.
I simply adore the iris. So lovely to see such a blast of colour from those crocus, mine have now all finished . Spring at last.
Well, you've had your crocus blooms, EJ, and have other things waiting for you. I'm just happy we've got spring at last.
WOW Droopy spring is certainly making up for lost time where you are. What beautiful flowers you have. I especially love the Leucojum vernum and, of course, that delightful little iris. :-D Our snow is melting now too and I can see some colour emerging in the garden at last. It's a pity though that it's been replaced by rain and gale force winds but I live in hope.
That I. reticulata looks smashing, Droopy...as do the rest of your flowers featured in this posting. The yellow crocuses really do warm me right up. Spring is coming to the North Face, it appears. Yippeeee for you guys!!
Thanks and Yippee! Eileen, we could do with some rain and gale for a couple of days, just to get the rest of the snow off and to freshen everything up. I can see new sprouts daily now. It feels good.
Droopy I am so happy your spring has arrived. :-D Your blooms are beautiful. I am excited to get home tomorrow to see what has sprouted while I have been away.
