Large mushrooms in growing in semi circles

Since it has rained for almost a week now, these things cropping up everywhere. Im just worried they are poisonous. My dogs were all throwing up yesterday in the yard.But they eat bugs too. Just want to make sure they arent poisonous.

 

I don't know if they are poisonous or not, but my dad's dog Buster ate one and looked like he was tripping pretty hard afterwards. It was really funny he was watching the butterflies with a strange look and seems like he was in lala land!! So now when we see one around we pluck it out quickly!!LOL!!
My dogs throw up after they eat alot of bugs too so maybe it was just the bugs!!

 

I don't like the looks of those. I would be very leery of them. Remember the old mushroom pickers code "There are old mushroom pickers and there are bold mushroom pickers. There are no old, bold mushroom pickers." DR

 

I pluck them just to be on the safe side. Thanks.

 

I would also pour rubbing alchol where they grew to kill any spores that may of dropped.

 

In Louisiana the mushrooms are called "Death Angels", I was told as young boy to wash my hands if I even Handled one.
