We mailed the Pooh quilt to drs niece on Monday. Yesterday (Wednesday) she e-mailed that they had received it. Our mail doesn't leave the post office until 4 pm. Shelley lives in New York, clear across the country from us so I was amazed that she had the quilt already. Sometimes letters to her take a week. Maybe the post office isn't so busy with all the e-mails going instead of by post. dooley
I can just picture Aiden snuggled up all cosy and warm underneath his very special Pooh quilt. What a really marvelous job you made of it Dooley!!
Oh hey I like that alot! My mom likes quilting and is still trying to finish one for my one year old neice..lol
Well Dooley, that turned-out really nice, didn't it? Gosh! I can just imaging that it was very well-received at it's destination. You know Dooley, I can imagine that this quilt may remain in your family from generation to generation and the story of it's malking and gift will be told for gennerations to come. It will become an heirloom, mark my words.
That is a great quilt Dooley. That child will love it when he gets old enough to know how great it is.His Mom and Dad must be as proud of it as Heather & Trey was the boys quilts.
Your quilt turned out very nice Dooley. I'm sure Aiden will just adore it, after all who doesn't like Pooh and his friends? Thier just sooo cute.
