You have a valid point, (as always). Also, more cameras can never hurt. So it makes perfect sense. However it doesn't work like that over here, (regarding the scenario you mentioned) - Traffic accidents are usually decided very quickly, on the spot over here. It just depends on what other things you have in the car with you? Like a thick and heavy steel pipe or chain. Baseball or cricket bats works very well too...
