A few words about me : I am retired in Southeast Oklahoma. Retired aircraft mechanic and a published author/poet. I live on a five acre hobby farm, hunt deer, fish Lake Texoma. I garden and love being self sufficient. Last year raised lots of tomatoes, zucchini, Squash, turnips and beans.
Thanks for allowing me to be part of the forum.

Hi Don, Welcome to GardenStew from north central Texas. I have fished Lake Texoma but that was, oh my gosh, 50+ years ago. Did a lot of water skiing there too.

Welcome to the forum from a small nine acre farm in Central Texas. We are retired, too. So, how is that working out for you? We have found we are busier than ever, but also having more fun than ever.
Please post photos of your garden, ask any questions you may have, and answer any inquiries that you want.
