Hi stewbies! I found a low cal. snack. I have to eat something before bedtime or I just can't sleep. Take a wheat pita bread/pocket (100 c.) smear with some low fat sour cream, add chopped tomatoes (I used cans; tastes fine to mean) any fresh veges you have around, sprinkle with parm cheese and don't forget some spice. I use a cajun spice that I like alot. About 150 - 175 c. and I feel like I'm cheating eating a pizza. Works for me...
