I have several Mandarin Orange grow from seeds 4 months, but looks like they are growing extremely slow, curly leaves and short stem.
Up to today are just 4 inches tall.
I have put compost and fertilizer once or twice so far.

Most citrus are grown from grafted root systems ! If you used seed unless they were heirloom no telling what you will get !

As far as I know, chicken manure, well composted and in moderation, should be OK. Looking back to when I grew citrus from seeds, they did stay small for a long time.

Hi when I watched Youtube videos they were all grown quick in first 30 days, as tall as what I have for 3 months.
