    Hi Sherry, 2ofus (a name would be nice). I have in certain things what has always been known as (with all respect) the "patience of Job" and like to get in close with those lenses. Glad you liked the pics. Ref petting the Bumbles now thats a thing I totally believe and have to say many many times I have seen a "plump Bumble" settled on a flower and thought it would not react much if I did just that. Not to be taken chances or liberties with but generally they do give the impression of gentle easy going creatures in spite of their sting in the tail. It may sound a strange thing to say perhaps but I feel apart from that they are totally dedicated to what they are doing - collecting pollen from so many different plants - some of which could produce a slightly intoxicated or mildly drugged reaction on them - I am not though suggesting anyone puts my thoughts to the test. Creatures to be protected by all means possible. Syd.
