Thanks Logan. Anyone taking on a puppy is lucky and brave. It’s like a box of Candy.Ya never know what you’re gonna get. Being familiar with breeds is helpful. Once they have grown outta the terrible two’s their learning curve excels.

Cute pic of your retriever watching puppy bowl …does it count if the dog isn’t a retreiver but a border collie…?
This is Roxie she watched all afternoon.

Not mine but i get notices of golden retrievers needing to be rehomed. This boy is at a rescue in Shropshire, too far for us to travel to, I've always thought of one but hubby always likes a puppy.
He's called Buddy and about 3 years old, got a medical problem but don't know what. I've read that golden retrievers get rehomed at the adolescent stage.

    Thank you Sjoerd
This morning River tripped me up and i fell down and grazed my right knee. I was taking him up the road to have his first wee of the morning, it was dark and when we were walking back home he saw a fox and i didn't. It was on the other side of the road not far from us. I was looking ahead and i didn't see it. River ran after it and was lucky that the fox went into a neighbouring house garden. I ran after River and managed to get him back. I'm ok just a grazed knee.

Loggie— gosh! You had better tell that River to be more careful and not damage the goods. If he gets cheeky, just remind him that you have papers on him. ;)
