Not mine but son met a couple who owns this beauty called Toby. He's about a year old.

That is a lovely retriever, Loggie. Some doggies; like this one, do seem to convey expressions.

Maybe next year in may or June we might be getting a golden retriever puppy. We've spoken to a breeder and she's got one of her girls coming into season in January or February next year. She's going to let us know when she does. We can go and visit in January to look at the to be mom.
The puppies could look like this, i copied the pic from her last litter off the Breeder Champ Dogs Site. This one is 8 weeks old, they were ready about now but we don't have one at this time of year, like them in the summer so they can be house trained.

Last Wednesday we phoned the breeder up about one of her girls has not come into season yet. No not yet maybe next month, it all depends on the weather, she'll let us know.

Yesterday the breeder phoned us saying that the mum to be has been mated 2 and a half weeks ago and all is looking good, they should be born the first week in may. We can go over there before then just to see her dogs next week, she lives in Evesham only half an hour away.

Thanks Sjoerd, it is sweet how he's lying on it. Sometimes he'll take a toy and sit on the settee, drop it and completely lie on it.

It is amazing the habits some dogs develop in the house. You really do have some charming pets.
