I got 28 quarts of french fry potatoes and 12 quarts of chunk potatoes. I still had some left from earlier this year but now I have enough for a year eating them whenever I wish.... ;)

So, how do you fix them after you open these? I have made canned stew before, but not potatoes by themselves.

Here are some of the chunk tomatoes. They are sealed and ready to bee washed, labeled, and shelved.

2ofus, Yes your creamed potatoes and peas sounds very good. I haven't made that in years. Topped with very coarse ground pepper. Yum, right back at ya.

I will have to make that in a few days.

Wow!!! This is the first time I ever heard of and seen canned potatoes.
Will they taste like fresh potatoes or better after canning?

Here they are. They are good. I use VERY VERY coarse ground pepper that really makes the food good.

So the whole meal was the french fries, not fried, grilled chicken and of course lima beans that the jar didn't seal. It was good.
