    I sure am as I have Norwegian friends and have been up there to visit. They eat it there as well, but I can tell you that it isn't my kettle of fish.;)
    I reckon that one can't find everything tasty. Does your gran live in Sweden or there in the u.s.?

    Grandma Hannah has been gone since 1987, so just her memory is here. I believe her family came to Nebraska in the late 1800s . There were many Swedish settlements in the south central region of our state.
    My mother,sister and I recently traveled to the small town of McCook to celebrate my aunt ( mom’s sister’s ) 90th birthday. My mom is not far behind at 88! I love to hear them reminisce about their childhood and life on the plains.
    Amazing how our foods and diets have changed since those simple days.
