I have been trying to choose paint colors for the past month. I am probably just too indecisive. My dining room is Behr's chestnut stallion. It is a dark pumpkin color. Only two of the walls are painted that color. The third wall goes into the kitchen which is seperated by a counter. There is also a sliding glass door on that wall which is in the dining room. On the other side of the dining room is the living room which is seperated by an archway. Then there is the stairway/entryway on the other side of the livingroom. All of my furniture is neutral and will pretty much work with any color, especially once accents are added. Hopefully I described my house well, by the way, the rooms are not huge at all. Being able to see the dining room from both the kitchen and the living room I wanted colors that work well to compliment each other. I love color and am not afraid of bold choices. Does anyone have any ideas on a kitchen color, and whether or not that third wall in the dining room should have the color of the kitchen or the dining room, and the color of the living room and the stair/entryway? I realize I am asking a lot but I need help, please. Oh, also I have dark hardwood floors, in the dining room and livingroom. A light color stone floor in the kitchen. Thank you anyone who can give me great ideas and if possible specific color ideas would be appreciated as opposed to light color, dark color or earth tone, etc. Thank you so much.
