I'd really love it if you'd allow .png files to be uploaded. I work in them constantly. They retain more clarity than jpgs too!!! Thanks for the forum to post these thoughts.
This may be a limitation of the code library I am using to process photos Bodhi, but I will try to add it if it is possible. I agree, PNG format should be allowed.
Good news Bodhi, PNG should be supported now. Try it out and please tell me if the quality is ok. PNGs are converted to JPGs during the upload process and there may be a loss in quality. This is supported for both Garden image and Plant image uploads.
Thanks for fixing this Frank. I'm going to be taking some pictures this morning. I am anticipating a new brugmansia bloom on a NOID!!! I can't wait to see the color, and will share it with members
