Pink/purple stems, what kind of plant is this?

    Hi and welcome. :)

    Botanically, this plant is Iresine herbstii, and one of the funnier common names for it is "chicken gizzard plant".
    If you do an image search you'll see that some cultivars of Iresine herbstii have purple/red foliage, and some have coloring like yours. My best guess is that yours may be either the cultivar named 'Blazin' Lime' or maybe 'Aureo Lime Green'.
