Just thought I'd let you all know of a very reliable and inexpensive supplier for pond supplies. You will find them on the net by typing "Pondliners Direct" into your search engine. We ordered pond liner, underlay and double sided waterproof tape on a Friday afternoon. By the following Monday it had arrived!! Postage and package was remarkably cheap considering it came from England all the way to West Lothian in Scotland by courier. Under £9!!!!!!!! The goods themselves were purchased at approx 1/3 off normal retail suppliers prices. Excellent quality and service.
Let's give them a link then. Is it this site Eileen 'http://www.pond-liners-pumps-filters.co.uk/' It's great when you find a quality supplier or service, especially on the Web.
Sorry but I wasn't sure if it was the done thing to put in a link. I know some forums don't like it as it's free advertising. BTW yes, that is the one I used.
It's ok if the link is useful so here it is http://www.pond-liners-pumps-filters.co.uk/ Sounds like they will be getting your business again
They sure will!!! We still have to buy a solar powered pump. We intend, eventually, to build a small pond with a waterfall leading into the main pond on the great heap of earth we have at the moment (on the right hand side of the pond). However, we'll be concentrating on the bog garden for the time being.
It sounds like a plan Eileen. Hmmm, solar powered pump, interesting. Does it take a lot of sun to run one of those? Great idea, save the environment
