Beautiful photos Carolyn. The colors are great. So you have an eye, don't you, when you have a moment free from gardening!

I really liked this set of foto’s. The colours were a wonder to see. Cayu was right though—you do have an eye for composition and subject. Yeah Carolyn, great job. Thanks so much for taking the time out of your extremely busy schedule to do photograph some examples of nature in your area.
There were so many that I liked — that one of the lichen on a tree trunk ... the burls with a pond ... the forest anemone...the berries.

thank you both. I enjoy seeing the photos others post . It s always interesting to be an armchair traveler especially right now. I honestly had never noticed the burls on the tree until yesterday when I stepped off the path to get a little closer to the tree for the photo. I usually stay on the path. anyone is welcome to step off the path as we are allowed to fish in that pond. its not sacred ground. I have a few other photos on my phone if I can get them resized.

otherwise I will just haul my camera back up there or perhaps just around some of the other parks in our area... the back yard the garden ... I just havne't taken pictures for a long while. I was busier this year and any other year. and I even cut out one regular farmers market and the one at the senior center once a month. just too much. My inlaws are still next door and I still do all the care. there is just always something to do.
