With the heat we have been having, I've been fixing more salads, and experimenting with new ones. I posted earlier about the raw cauliflower salad, and of course we have lettuce salad. Today I made a new dressing for potato salad. I usually just use a good mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle relish, celery. This time I used half the usual amount of mayonnaise combined with an equal amount of sour cream. All the other ingredients were the same No salt, that is provided in the relish, but I did add a few grindings of white pepper. This is lighter than the traditional mayonnaise dressing. If you try it, I hope you like it.
