I would like to add a page of official state sea shell emblem to my website. Lots of the states have chosen one. I have many other official state emblems complete, mainly through donated images. You can see all the pages of them by clicking: State Emblems. If you are in one of the states that has chosen a shell perhaps you may have an image. I know I could find them all on the internet but I don't work that way. If you don't have a shell pic. you may like to see all the other pages anyway, I hope you all do.

Well, being from Scotland, I won't be of much help to you but I hope someone will have a photograph that you can use.

By the way I didn't realise there was such a variety of turtles and tortoises - really interesting to see so many.

I discovered our state snake is the garden snake. Makes sense, we see them frequently in the summer.

Thank you Ronni for taking a little time to answer my note. There isn't too many have a shell. Most of the other Nature emblems are in the site, except grass, and they are hard to photograph.
