here is mine in the shade garden. Not impressive at all yet, but I have just started with this garden. ( photo / image / picture from Tina's Garden )
Tina, I remember when you first joined, and all the intelligent questions you asked. Obviously, you are a natural-born gardener who listens not only to fellow gardeners here on the Stew, but to your plants. Congratulations on making a lovely spot!
Wow Jewell, your paths & garden continue to amaze me! Tina--Looking good!!! I agree with MG, you clearly have a gardening gene!
That's such a nice thing to say. Thanks a lot,Marlingardener and Cayuga. You all are so very helpful and very kind
Tina, it is hard to believe you just moved into your home this spring. You have certainly been busy and it is looking very good.
Jewell, those paths and the gardens they border are absolutely stunning! I loved your comment about the bark chips piling up in the "turn corners" of the dogs' raceway! Cheryl, you have a path--that lovely paver path you put in by a building (perhaps the workshop?).
Cheryl (& MG) Yes! I remember that pathway you put in out your door(?) & over to a potting area. Am I remembering correctly? That was a nice path.
Okay... guess I do have a path. path from back door to potting table ( photo / image / picture from cherylad's Garden ) And I really would like to make a proper path out of this stretch that goes out to the berry patch. But I have no clue of what I want. So for now, can just a grassy area between beds be a considered a path? out through the archway to the berry patch ( photo / image / picture from cherylad's Garden )
Cheryl, by all means! It is lovely! & your path to the potting shed came out well too. I like the grass. BTW I am envious of your potting area. It looks both charming & convenient. How could you ask for more than that? And your garden looks great. I like the two beds with the gate & arch at the end.
Thanks Cayuga. I like the grass, but by the gate it gets kinda muddy. So I really need to do something about it. Guess it'll come to me. And that potting stand gets so much use... and not just for potting. I use it as a work bench too.
