These tall shoots are taking over in my backyard. They have a very superficial root system and are relatively easy to yank out by hand. Roots are orange in color. Once established, the trunks/roots structure will need different methods which is what I am seeking help with as well. Leaves vary in size: see photo 1 and 2. Lobed leaves as if they have been eaten(but not), but others are perfectly oval. Stems on shoots/stalks are smooth and green in color, but once more established, turn brown and scaly. Photos 3 and 4 with some research, I found the paper mulberry to have similar locations and descriptions. Not yet positively identified.
