We managed to get our clammy paws on one, and here she is in her new home:

I hope she's got enough room. What do you think?

Now, pretty please dear Empress, grow!

Mmmmm..... I think she may need a little more space Droopy. She looks kind of cramped tucked away there with no room to grow. ;) :D :D

Seriously though she's a little beauty and I hope she remains healthy and grows well for you. :-D

I measured the space around her, and it should be big enough for her to reach her full potential with additional room to walk around her. :D I'm so thrilled!

I know she's huge. That's why my husband went bananas and drove 1600 kilometers (one way) to find one. :D

She's supposed to reach her full potential in five years' time, so I hope you have patience. :D

Heh heh heh...That E-Wu looks so tiny and lost there in it's new home, almost comical.
Well if it reached it's full adult size in only five years that thing will remarkable progress each year.
Anyway, the planning that you have done will be rewarded in the end, I am certain.
Good man, your husband....what a sacrifice to drive so far...but then she IS an Empress, and Empresses require sacrifices don't they?

I hope that you will give frequent updates as she begins to show progress. Wouldn't it be nice to make a collage of her progress over a period of five years. You know, fotos taken from the same spot a couple of times a year.
I for one, am excited to follow this.
