    Well I woke up late..mind you I needed the rest...did some cleaning as out doors was to cold.

    Good Friday morning all. Currently -12°C and clear. It was a chilly dog walk this morning!
    I'm not feeling very productive today. I might just putter around the house. I still haven't put up any Christmas decorations.
    It's a lot of work just getting them out of the basement lol

    Good morning all. Cold and rainy here, might be some snow in the upper north west section of Texas. And no it is not unusual for freezing temps here this time of the year, just not as common as it used to be 25+ years ago.
    I used to have a closet filled with holiday decorations but have been giving them away the last few years, all I have left now are two Yule logs and some ivy garlands. Those will be put out sometime next week. I decorate more for Halloween than any other time of the year.

    toni I gave mine all away and now I could do murder on my hubby :mad:...he said what's the point 2yrs ago there's only we, so that took my spirits right through the window, so I gave both my tree's and dec's to the charity shop and only this week he said it would have been nice with the tree up...totally shocked :frustrated:

    I'm grumpy this morning. I'm going to have my cup of tea and then get to work doing the worst chores I can find. I'm grumpy anyway, might as well be productive!
    Maybe when I'm done I will be happy lol

    A cloudy, wet day...thank the universe. Normal weather for a temperate rain forest. Had been having unseasonably clear warm days with freezing nights .
    Have to clean house today for the monthly Meetup Group that comes by...ugggh. Hate cleaning but love having the group here. Looks like a new person will come which is always nice.

    Netty I have the perfect place for you to work off the grumpiness....my house. I get grumpy every month or so when I realize I probably should clean this place yet again!!! I mean, it was just cleaned,ummmm, I don't remember but I know it wasn't longer ago than 3-6 months. :setc_002:

    Temps should be in the 60 deg range tomorrow and Wednesday so I will be out in the garden doing some cleanup. All our neighbors have been out with leaf blowers making a lot of noise then bagging up the leaves for trash pickup. Mine are staying on the ground for the winter, we could actually have a bit of that seasonal phenomenon this year...not holding my breath though.

    Good Tuesday morning all. Currently -2°C and overcast. I think I heard something about rain today.
    Today, I need to make a list of things I need to be finished my Christmas shopping. I still need quite a bit, but maybe if I have a list I will stick to it and spend less.

    Today, I'll be cleaning the house and wrapping gifts. I wanted to go out and finish my Christmas shopping but I'm going to hold off until tomorrow as I have to go out anyway. I'll probably regret trying to shop on a weekend this time of year!

    Cold and blustery today, so we are keeping warm and busy in the house. I have cranberry chutney on the stove, and like Netty, will be cleaning house.

    Good Sunday morning all. Currently -4°C and clear. I had a lovely walk with the dog this morning, now it's home for a cup of tea.
    I might have to take my daughter to do some Christmas shopping. Otherwise, some clean up to day today, and then some outside activities.
