I showed off my dahlias, tiger lilies and roses. Now that the season is almost over :-( wanted to share the other flowers I had growing in my garden this year...

Morning Glory started blooming only towards the end of summer. I had given up hope that they'd bloom this year.

I want to have a collection of Clematis. I so love the dainty colors. This is the first clematis bloom in my garden :

The same clematis bloomed for a second time towards the end of summer

Got this clematis from a garage sale. $2.50 for the plant along with the huge pot it came in. Not bad me thinks :)

Over priced clematis I ordered from a mail order. I put it in a 12" container in the patio and it bloomed. Not too bad for the first year I think. I like the rich color.

The day lilies got moved around this year due to the backyard renovations. So they didn't do as well as last year.

What a nice pretty variety. The Godetia really caught my eye. I don't think I've seen it before.

Very pretty Tina. I've never seen a Godetia before. Is it perennial? I too love clematis, but unfortunately some virus keeps getting mine, so I appreciate yours all the more. I also love the shot of the turks cap with the sun shining through!

Thanks everyone. I started gardening a few years back and immediately came to this group. I got so much help from everyone here. I love my garden :)
The Godetia is an annual and grows very easily from seeds. Mine self seeds each year.
