It looks like fungus to me. Your plantlets may be a bit too moist.
In order to try and save them, I would try and remove the fungus mycelia. You could try and use your fingers, tweezers or q-tips.

Sun and drying are important factors if this is indeed fungus.

Good luck and please do keep us updated. Bon chance.

Nicole, as usual, Sjoerd is absolutely right--that's a fungus on the surface of the soil. Although as he said it is probably caused by too damp soil, you could try a baking soda spray to kill the fungus.
One teaspoon of baking soda to 2 cups of tepid water, put in a spray bottle and shake vigorously, then lightly spray the soil. The idea is not to water the plant, but to get the baking soda to work on the fungus. You might have to do this spraying, and then again the next day.
I hope this helps, and as Sjoerd said, let us know how your seedlings are doing.

I agree,,too moist soil,,too little light. As tiny as those seedlings are I would use the soda water on a Q-Tip to remove it.

Way to go Nicole. Your plantlets look good and it appears that you did a meticulous job cleaning them up. ---Chapeau.
