Excellent Annie Cold & wet today so just picked a few carrots. During the war we spread a rumour that RAF pilots ate loads of carrots to help them see in the dark. This was to disguise the fact that we already had an A to Z roadmap of Germany complete with all the munitions factories marked with a big red cross on it
