My neighbor planted these and they are very invasive. They have spread about 25' feet into my yard. It is backbreaking work to try to dig them up. Any ideas about how to get rid of them? :'(

I hate to advocate chemical solutions, but a broadleaf weed killer, applied judiciously, will take care of the tradescantia. It is a bulb, so you will have to apply the weed killer several times.
The bad news is that if your neighbor has it, you'll have it.

Thank you! We'll give that a try.
