In the photo is my purple Dragon Fruit seedling that's about 6wks old when the photo was taken. Its grown a bit more now since then. Can anyone advise me when it would be a good time to take it from the seed starting medium and put into some potting soil? Also, should it go into some cactus mix with medium perlite or can it go into regular potting soil with medium perlite?

No idea specific to dragon fruit BUT generally can't the first transplant happen once the first true leaf appears (not that it is always necessarily necessary to transplant once the first true leaf happens but I think generally that is the soonest I'd transplant something)

I agree, I usually wait until at least two sets of leaves are formed on my seedlings. I didn't know if a dragon fruit is different or not.
