I'm messing around with BigHugeLabs and Gimp2 free software. Sort of like a new hobby of mine. I thought I'd share with the GS group for some input.

I'm brand new at it so It'll take a while for me to figure it all out. This is the first that I've done with them. BigHugeLabs has things to make photos with cartoon bubbles and other things. The Gimp2 is the one I like most so far. From what I gather is that with Gimp2 You can create special icons, logos, take the blur out of photos, sketching and other artistic stuff. I'm not real computer savvy, so like I said it'll take awhile for me to learn all they have to offer.

It looks like a great programme Dan but I'm not 'techy' enough to even try it. Nice effects you've achieved though. Have fun!!

Daniel, it might be interesting to see what you can do with a flower or a plant. There are all sorts of possibilities.

Thanx cindjo717. Ther's a lot of stuff there. when you look at the tutorial you'll see the things that can be done, and they also have a Gimp forum if you need help with anything.
