Has anyone faced with the problem of water clogging on their roofs? If yes then what have you done to get rid of that?
We've had our downspouts clogged, is this a problem you are having? When we moved into the house the downspouts were routed through a clay pipe under the house, they were all clogged. We had to re-route the drainage with new downspouts and bigger gutters, and clean them out yearly climbing on the roof, removing all the debris by hand & jetting the rest out with a hose. We're going to install gutter guards when we side the house in August, this should help us a lot.
