During the house cleaning we had a simple lunch—potato salad and a roasting ear of sweet corn.


Tonight hough, I shall make meatballs with our spuds and a veggie sort.

 

Wow roasted corn on the cob so good. Isn’t it nice to have a summer that offers many options for cooking choices.
Grilling/roasting corn on the cob is a fav. Your supper sounds really tasty.

 

We boiled these ones…then a pinch of salt and a slathering of butter.

This was a really tasty meal with Swiss tatties, Dutch chook and my own beans.
