I had tinned tomatoes on toast with a fried egg and fried sliced potatoes cooked left over from yesterday. Hubby had sausage sandwich and fried egg sandwich, the bread was toasted.

Wednesdays are my golf days, so I'm "excused evening catering duties." We had a Chinese meal delivered.

Typical Dutch supper— meatballs and gravy with boiled spuds and green beans. I was over the moon.

Oreti— I love spinach too, but because I have so much trouble with it shooting, I replace it with Swiss chard. I love that too now. I honestly could eat it every day.

Very easy peasy for us tonight - long day of finishing necessary home renos. Homemade pizza made ahead, and two slices broiled in the oven with a cold beer to thank Hubby for all of his huge efforts this week.
