Air fry "stir fry" with today's harvest of snow peas, zucchini slices, onion chinks, poblano pepper, and fig quarters. And some vegetarian bacon.

    Daniel— smart-looking plate, mate.

We had the first ears— they have had poor pollination and are small, but the flavour is delicious.

More Pink Fir tatties went into our kitchens.

We also had a salad with left-over toms from the taste test and cucumbers, onions and lettuce.

Annie— that sounds delicious to me.

The stuffed peppers I made with my garden bells was an absolute culinary marval. Nothing beats cooking with fresh veggies from the garden. I boil the peppers for a few minutes and they melted in my mouth. Put in my cayenne peppers and fresh garlic, onions, topped with mozzarella. I am no chef and I don't mean to brag, but it was soooo good I just had to share that. :setc_084::setc_008:

I made stew last night. My potatoes and onions from the garden, stew meat with carrots and celery. Two pieces of buttered bread for sopping up the gravy.

I made a big pot, ate one serving and got five more servings for the freezer.

Thanks @Jersey Devil I buy the stew meat in summer on Thursday morning because they put it on sale on thurs. mornings. Since not many people make stew in summer I am guaranteed to find extras that didn't sell that week @40% off. This batch was origionally $10 and change and I got it for $6.43 !! Then I freeze the rest for winter.
