Happy to hear your hens are back to work. That's a good sign, considering the cost of eggs and with the holidays coming . It’s also the start of baking season. Hope your hens are productive for you and ducks too. Duck eggs make the best meringue for cookies and pies. I used to mix the duck eggs with chicken which made great omelets.
