@Doghouse Riley , you reminded me of a friend who is not supposed to be cutting trees down and using the chain saw due to an almost fatal accident about 18 months ago. He was cutting down a large tree and it fell on him. He had major injuries and they did not think he would walk again, and were not sure he would live. He did make a great recovery, and is walking etc. He might need another surgery or two, not sure. He had multiple surgeries to fix his injuries. The EMS made him a T shirt reminder:

I probably should stay off ladders myself and rarely use it. I do try to be careful. The other year when I was building my new shed and chicken coop (I probably mentioned this?) I was trying to loose a board from one end and got whacked upside the head and knocked down by a 2x4x10 foot board and had a dandy concussion... ouch. And then there are so many trees around here that need trimming and or cut down...

Anyhoo, I try to avoid ladders.

I have been working on more clean up in flower beds, and today I did get some of my echinacea seeds planted. And a bit of weeding in one bed. The echinacea needs cold stratified as it is perennial.
