Every good boy deserves favour

 

I will put a disclaimer that this band I been listening to a lot lately is a genre of symphonic rock/metal and are probably not every one on here's cup of tea but they are a very musically talented band from Finland and the singer is worth hearing she has a great voice.

 

She has quite the vocal range. Thanks for the introduction to this group

Going to listen to a BeeGees Golden tonight at the performing arts center.

 

They were hot in the 80’s . I can just see John Travolta dancing to Saturday Night Fever under the disco ball.

We saw the BeeGees at the Golden Garter in Wythenshawe. in May 1974.

This was a popular nightclub in south Manchester in the seventies.
This would have been when they were in the wilderness, before they became popular again with Saturday Night Fever.
I played squash with the manager once a week at lunchtime at a court near the club and where I worked. He gave me a handful of complimentary tickets each week. But we would pick and choose who we would go to see.

"Anyone who was anyone," appeared at that club.

Watched the moldy every time they came to our state.

moldy S/B Moody… don’t ya just luv spell check and I need a new stylus pen it typing nothing good. The rubber deelee at the top wears out. It’s always something…

 

In the early 70s my brother's girlfriend got me into listening to the Moody blues, i was about 12 or 13 at the time so couldn't buy any until i was about 16 when i started working. This is the LP that she had.
