    Regina is in N.Y. so we had goulash, Sharon style. And I finally got the Easter dessert made. LOL

    I was just asking myself what we were going to eat. I still have some lamb left but we've eaten it two nights now. Still it needs to be used. Dooley

    I find re-cooking leftovers or throwing some kind of twist to them can bring something anew to leftovers. Try cutting up your lamb into small bite size pieces (if not already diced), through them in a pan that is coated with enough cooking oil. Then saute with some frozen vegetables until meat is re-heated or cooked slightly more. Put them on top with some cooked rice of your preference.

    Tonight, meatball stew with potatoes and green lima beans in it. Steamed broccoli to go with it.

    When I don't really feel like cooking I go for something simple.Lastnight I cooked mac n cheese and mixed tuna and peas in it.We all enjoyed it :)

    Herrera's Tex-Mex restaurant cooked for us tonight. I emailed Randy this afternoon that his supper choices were Take Out or Go Out. He replied that's better than my usual two offers of Fix it yourself or Go Hungry.

    Shanna, another quick and really good supper is Tuna Spaghetti. I think I will post it in the Recipes forum in case you are interested.

    tonight's meal...

    Tonight I'm making one of our favs. and my own recipe for sausage creole made with mild italian saus. and the sauce mixed with white rice, and a nice anti pasta salad and that is all we need....YUM!

    Glendann let me borrow her crock pot cookbook.There are all kinds of delicious recipes in there.So I will be experimenting the next couple of days.

    A West Indian style dish.
