What's Cooking Today

I'm being forced to cook for my parents tonight (we went out for mother's day) - normally I refuse to cook during the week but I'm making an exception tonight..hehehe...So I was searching for a quick pasta dish (loooovvee pasta) and found this: fresh tomato & arugula pasta - link: http://tinyurl.com/2mb3qs (gonna try it out tonight - let you all know how it is tomorrow =) Please share any quick easy recipes with me

 

Tonight was spaghetti, pretty good.

 

We are doing a pork tenderloin marinated in honey mustard on the charcoal grill, with baked potato's and asparagus.

We had frozen ravioli with meat sauce and a fresh salad, with crusty garlic bread on the side.

Pork roast and gravy.

 

It's that time of the season in Whitby, Ontario. Barbecue again.

 

Meatloaf, fresh green beans, with fresh potatoes from the garden, better than yum!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Penne pasta with garlic bread. And a nice glass of red wine.

 

I work on Monday so we are have our Memorial Day BBQ today. Ribs, chicken, burgers, sausage, baked beans, potato salad, and I forgot to pick up the garlic bread, but who needs it. Oh, and strawberries and cream ice cream and watermelon for dessert.

Last night was BLT's with a homegrown Creole tomato, not one of ours, but a friends.

Tonight beef roast with gravy very yummy.

 

Fried catfish, Lettuce and tomato salad (tomatos I grew in my trough)fresh scarlet runner beans and potatos.
Was so good.

 

Ground beef with vegetables and noodles.
