Gosh, I wish my pantry was that neat!
Tonight we are having chicken Cordon Bleu, fresh broccoli and homemade French bread.

    I agree with Cayu, Jane.
Going out to eat over at the other end of the harbour tonight...they have Spag. Bolognaise as the "daghap". Of course it will not be as good as the Bride's (I made that clear to her after I called them to see what the daghap would be), but worth a try.

What is 'daghap' SJ? The daily special? Plato del Día?

You may like black eyed peas too then, in a pan fried bread way. I have never had a flour made from BEP but have had "bollos" which are garlic, cowhorn pepper, salt and BEP fried in a small ball the size of a teaspoon.

Here was my attempt at a cast iron dinner, shallots and garlic chicken breast and asparagus and broccolli and a tangerine dessert. And a mess! I need some bigger splatter screens for this hobby!

Boneless Skinless breasts seared hot. Red and Yellow Bell peppers. My bride favors them.

Habanero sauce, homemade. White vinegar, salt, one pepper chopped. I heat mine in the microwave for a bit but you could just wait. This is the necessary accompaniment for the southern fried chicken appetizer.

Fried chicken, corn, turnips (that got smashed and roasted ) and a sweet balsamic reduction with onions, mushrooms, tomatillos and sauted brussell sprouts.
