It is the light streaks. When you cut into the Tom, these areas mat be green or whitish. I try not to use these effected areas in my sauce. They are hardish and sometimes bitter. Shrub roses are still bloomin, the rose hips are full of vitamin C . I load them up for smoothies. This puffer shroom still in tact.. Phew… This guy is still hanging out. The tree strawberry’s are starting to ripen.
