its thikness is more than molasses ,made from sesame seed . roast some sesame seed for few mints then blend it till its fine powder after that add 1 or 2 tblsp of veg. oil again blend it again untill became a liquid thats it tahini some people would like to roast and blend nut or walnut too , so tahini will be mixture of nut and sesame . really tahini is so good especially with grape or date molasses in winter becoz keeps you warm and you will not be hungry for long time
