Is my parsley getting too much sun? Too much water? Maybe I watered it and the sun was still shining on it and burnt it? :( (I'm not on my computer so I can't tell if the pic is really blurry or not.)

It looks like there is a fungus on the leaf. Pick it off and get a spray bottle of peroxide and wet the whole plant down. Baking soda is also a preventative spray. 1 t. B. soda to 1 quart of water and spray it on.

Do you think that's the same thing going on with my tomato seedling? If so, have any idea how this is happening?

That looks like sunburn to me, but I could be wrong. It wouldn't hurt to spray it with the baking soda water, either.
